Cancellation Policy
In the event a Guest wishes to cancel their reservation please note that, Travel Insurance, Damage Protection and any Processing or Administrative fees are non-refundable. The refund policy is as follows:
Guests will receive a refund of 90% if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds will be made for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.
For all cancellations within the 30 day time frame, a full refund, less the 10% administrative fee, will be offered for any nights we are able to rebook. To qualify you must cancel your reservation with us to open our calendars up so those dates can be rebooked. If we are able to rebook please note that refunds for rebooked dates will be processed after your original arrival date or after all the dates have been rebooked. Whichever happens first will take precedence.
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your trip as anything can happen. Travel Insurance will ensure that you receive a 100% refund. You will be offered the opportunity during the booking to purchase Travel Insurance or you can use an outside vendor of your choice to do so.
